- Lipari-DiLeonardo, a graduate student in applied mathematics and atmospheric science, has been named a Rudd Mayer Fellow by the Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy organization.
- The appearance of Angela Y. Davis, famed political activist, scholar and author, at one of CU Boulder’s recognition ceremonies reflects the department’s progress toward becoming a “go-to place” of interdisciplinary work at the nexus of humans and the environment, a professor said.
- A national search is underway for the university’s next associate vice chancellor for enrollment management. The university’s goal is to have a final candidate on board by September.
- When the fall semester begins, construction will be underway, and the Hellems Arts & Sciences building will be closed until its scheduled reopening for the spring semester of 2026.
- The CUSG director of legislative affairs is one of 175 college students recognized for their nonpartisan democratic engagement work in 2022, as part of the All In Campus Democracy Challenge student voting honor roll.
