PLC Enrichment Grant Funding

The PLC Enrichment Grant is a proposal process instead of a scholarship application. PLC students can apply for the PLC Enrichment Grant twice during their time in the program. Students may apply for up to $1500 maximum per academic year. The grants can be used over the summer (with enrollment) or the following academic year. Enrichment grants are allocated through financial aid and scholarship services and cannot be paid to students directly as a check or cash.

The grant process will include a grant application/proposal, feedback/resubmission, final decision, and a grant report after the experience/project.Ìý The process is detailed on the PLC website where documents and other resources can be found to help students navigate and succeed.

The PLC Enrichment Grant (PEG) process is designed to help students develop the skills of grant writing, receiving feedback, advocating for themselves, personal accountability, goal setting, budgeting, time management, written and oral communication, and professional reporting, among others.
