It contains detailed instructions, policies, and procedures related to finance, HR, performance management, work modalities, and compliance processes—streamlining day-to-day tasks and decision-making. Users can navigate the Atlas to find step-by-step “how-to” guidance, links to relevant forms, and contextual explanations for university-wide requirements such as I-9 verification, performance evaluations, and leave policies. Updated regularly and shared widely across Teams and email threads, the Atlas is intended to reduce confusion, promote consistency, and empower staff with the tools they need to operate effectively.
