Valerie cultivates strong employer partnerships to facilitate engagement for on-campus recruitment and to increase employment and internship opportunities for engineering students. Valerie earned her bachelor's in human resource management from the University of Maryland Global Campus while living in Germany. Her experience in higher education includes recruitment of faculty and staff, admissions, student recruitment, and employer engagement.

Lindsey Pratte is a proud Boulder native and graduate of the University of Colorado. Since 2020, she has been part of CU Boulder Engineering, bringing experience in advancement, scholarships, and industry relations. Lindsey currently leads the Kiewit Design-Build Scholars Program, where she works to connect construction and infrastructure engineering students with meaningful mentorship, scholarships, and career opportunities at Kiewit and across the civil engineering industry.
