The CMDI-affiliated audio recording space located in the CASE building features audio booths that are available for reservation and exclusively for use by CMDI affiliates.

Each booth is equipped with a Mac Studio computer with a suite of audio capture and production software, microphones, headphones, and a speaker for playback. One larger booth has space for 4 with microphones for each and a podcast style mixing board.

The audio booth operating hours are:

  • 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Monday through Friday
  • Reservations must be scheduled 24 hours before desired use time

Please note:ÌýBooths may be unavailable during scheduled classes or workshops, so some reservation requests may not be approved.

Booths are located in the following buildings:

ÌýÌýArmory 216- single person, voice-over booth. No reservation required

ÌýÌýCASE W265A- Audio Booth One- Largest of the three booths. Able to hold four to five people. Reservation required.

ÌýÌýCASE W265B- Audio Booth Two- A single-person voice-over booth. Reservation required.

ÌýÌýCASE W265C- Audio Booth Three- A single-person voice-over booth. Reservation required.
