Fee Adjustment Waiver for Employees Not Using the Tuition Benefit
If you are an employee (on any campus or CU system) taking classes on Boulder Main Campus but you areÌýnotÌýusing the Tuition Assistance Benefit, you can apply for reduced fees. Complete theÌýFee Adjustment Waiver FormÌýby the last day of classesÌýof your enrollment term and submit it to the Bursar’s Office. This waiver can only be used on the Boulder campus.ÌýDependents of employees are not eligible for reduced fees.

For 2025-26 graduates and incoming undergraduates:
If your request for fee adjustment is approved, then you will only pay (per semester):
- Law Student SRVCS/Activity Fee (applies only to law JD students) $190
- New Student FeeÌýone-time fee for newÌýor transfer degree-seeking students $62–$145
If approved, the following fees will be waived:
- Recreation Center Expansion Fee $85.27-$106.96
- Student Activity Fee $48.01-$322.80
- Athletic Fee $0-$90
- Graduate Professional Student Government Fee (applies only to graduates) $15.57Ìý
The Immigration Compliance Fee ($40) will be waived for faculty and staff with F1 or J1 visas.
For continuing undergraduates:
If your request for fee adjustment is approved, then you will only pay (per semester):
- Arts & Cultural Enrichment Fee $10
- Student Computing Fee $67.24
- New Student FeeÌýone-time fee for newÌýor transfer degree-seeking students $62–$145
If approved, the following fees will be waived:

- Mental Health Resource Fee $107.40
- Recreation Center Expansion Fee $85.27–$106.96
