• The Department of Asian Languages and Civilizations celebratesÌýgraduate and undergraduate degrees as well as the graduating seniors in our minor programs.
  • PhD degree in Chinese, Japanese
  • MAÌýdegree in Chinese, Japanese
  • Bachelor's degree in Chinese, Japanese (also include additional degrees)
  • Minor in Arabic, Chinese, Hindi/Urdu, Japanese, Korean
• The ceremony is for Fall 2025Ìýgraduates, and students who applied to graduate inÌýSpring 2026ÌýorÌýSummer 2026.
• The department commencement program lists the names of students who either graduated (Fall 2025) or applied to graduate (Spring 2026Ìýor Summer 2026) by the publication deadline of April 1, 2026.
• Visit theÌýCommencementÌýWebsiteÌýfor information regarding arrival time, parking, etc. for the main University ceremony, held on Saturday, May 2Ìýat 8:30am atÌýFolsom Field stadium, as well asÌý​caps & gowns,Ìýdiplomas, andÌýtranscripts.
• The ceremony itself will lastÌýapproximately oneÌýhour. Reception to follow upstairs in the Humanities 1st Floor Lobby.Ìý
