Shared Perspectives and Community Engagement, or SPACE, is organized by faculty from all different parts of campus and sponsors community-building events for faculty throughout the academic year. This month's gathering is co-sponsored by the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, and all faculty are welcome.

A livestream will be available for the sold-out special evening with Nobel Laureate Shirin Ebadi at CU Boulder. Join and learn more about Ebadi’s advocacy for women’s rights and human rights, as well as the transformation of Iranian society and transition to a secular democracy.

A draft report on faculty salary procedures is available for review and feedback. Faculty members are invited to forums to learn more and weigh in. Register to attend one of the virtual sessions.

Climate change got you down? Join Counseling and Psychiatric Services for an informal and confidential space to explore the effects of climate change and its impact on mental health—a series just for grad students. The first session is at 3:30 p.m. on March 1.

Faculty, staff and students are invited to join campus Chief Financial Officer Todd Haggerty and Executive Vice Provost for Academic Resource Management Ann Schmiesing for an overview of the CU Boulder budget, how it works and what’s proposed for fiscal year 2024.

For 24 hours, Forever Buffs will team up during the campus’s inaugural day of giving to support areas they value most. Donors will have the opportunity to support CU Boulder’s people, programs and trailblazing spirit through a number of featured funds.

Thousands of degrees will be awarded at commencement on May 11. The tradition-filled ceremony is designed for the campus community, families and friends to honor the remarkable graduates. Alumni who graduated during winter conferral in December of 2022 are invited to attend as well.
