Enrollment driven by in-state increase, record retention
Record in-state student enrollment led CU Boulder’s fall enrollment to record high—a roughly 2.9% increase—according to recent census data.
Access to Justice Innovation Lab aims to empower students
Most Americans will face legal issues at some point in their lives. Yet, across the nation, a persistent access-to-justice gap exists. Professor Staci Pratt wants to empower students to be part of the solution and hopes her new course can be a new frontier.
Volunteer at the national science writers conference, hosted by CU
The national gathering of leading science journalists and communicators will be held at CU Boulder and CU Anschutz Oct.6–10. Volunteers are needed to support tours, check-in and other activities. Get involved.

Chancellor to deliver State of the Campus address Sept. 26
Chancellor Philip DiStefano will discuss the value and importance of a four-year degree and how CU Boulder is positioning its students for success. All are invited to attend the address Sept. 26, which will include a free buffet breakfast.
In Oct. 2–6 symposium, college to focus on people with disabilities
A College of Arts and Sciences symposium—open to all—will focus on a range of topics, including navigating higher education systems while diagnosed with a disability, universal design in the classroom, disability etiquette, STEM access and more.
