Welcome back! I hope you enjoyed a restful break and are ready for the exciting opportunities that the spring semester brings. This is a chance to start fresh, set goals and take proactive steps to create the future you envision. No matter what your aspirations are, whether academic, personal or professional, this is a great time to reset and set yourself up for success.Ìý

  • The on Jan. 15 is an opportunity to explore on-campus employment and gain valuable skills.Ìý
  • Also on Jan. 15, I encourage you to attend the . This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Ibram X. Kendi, a leading antiracist scholar, historian, author and founding director of the Howard Institute for Advanced Study.ÌýÌý
  • The on Jan. 21 and the on Feb. 3 are also great venues to connect with student organizations, make new friends and discover how you can give back to your community.ÌýÌý

Getting involved is not only a way to enrich your college experience, but also a chance to discover new interests and passions.Ìý
