Parent Giving

The Parent Fund supports CU Boulder’s Division of Student Life, which supports students from their first days on campus through graduation and beyond. Student Life builds a welcoming, student-ready campus community centered on well-being, belonging and growth to ensure that students are supported while they attend CU Boulder and graduate with the skills they need to thrive.

The Division of Student Life has nearly 30 departments that support students, including the Basic Needs Center,Ìý,ÌýCenter for Cultural Connections & Community,ÌýCounseling and Psychiatric Services,ÌýDisability Services,ÌýStudent Outreach, Advocacy & Support,ÌýCollegiate Recovery Community and so much more.

Buff parents can support student success through the Parent Fund and join the Parent Leadership Society, a community dedicated to sustaining and improving programs and services offered to students. While your student is at CU Boulder, we ask you to consider making the Parent Fund one of your top philanthropic priorities. 

Boulder Advancement Programs

The Parent Giving and Boulder Advancement Programs unit raises funds for campus-wide initiatives associated with the Office of the Chancellor,ÌýOffice of Undergraduate Education,ÌýDivision of Student Life, and Division of Enrollment Management that oversees Financial Aid and Scholarship Services. These programs reflect CU Boulder’s commitment to access, financial well-being, and belonging.

Boulder Advancement Programs focus on key areas of campus life that help all students thrive—regardless of their area of study—and contribute to a connected, engaged university community. Programs, such as the Basic Needs Center,ÌýCenter for Leadership,ÌýPresidents Leadership Class,ÌýMcNeil Academic Program,ÌýVeteran Bridge Program,ÌýFirst-Generation Scholars Program, and Guardian Scholars Program, enrich the student experience by offering meaningful learning opportunities and essential resources that support success both in and out of the classroom.
