Roles & Responsibilities Matrix Tips for Use

• Definitions of acronyms used in the Roles & Responsibilities Matrix can be found in OCG’s��Glossary.
• The Matrix is ordered to follow the lifecycle of an award, from proposal submission through closeout, with end sections for Other Programs/Agreement Types and Rate Based Service Activity (RBSA).
• The Microsoft Lists Filter can be used to identify responsibilities specific to different roles.
• The Microsoft Lists “Card View” option provides an alternate view of the Matrix.
• The “Individual or Team” column provides OCG and CCO team level information where teams can be easily identified (e.g., single teams or roles are responsible).
• The “Resources” column provides links to webpages with additional information, policies, and forms.
