Josh RadoffÌýcurrently teaches in the Masters of the Environment Graduate Program. The MENV program is a professional master's degree administered by the Environmental Studies Department. Josh is not accepting students interested in pursuing an MS or PhD in Environmental Studies. Josh is theÌýDirector of Campus Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resilience at CU Boulder, where he supports the planning and implementation of CU's goals around zero waste and Paris-aligned climate action.ÌýJosh is also the Renewable and Sustainable Energy (RSE) Specialization lead within the Masters of the Environment (MENV) program at CU Boulder, where he teaches classes on sustainability and decarbonization.
Josh has worked as a sustainability and decarbonization consultant throughout his career, working across the clean energy and built environment spectrum. Previously, he was the head of WSP’s Built Ecology practice and worked on a range of sustainable buildings and infrastructure projects across the US and internationally, and he also worked with ICLEI USA as a Zero Carbon Cities advisor, and as an independent consultant on various district scale sustainable development projects with a focus on electrification, distributed energy, and grid interactivity
Josh was a co-founder of the sustainability group YR&G, was a co-founder of the advocacy group GreenHomeNYC. He was co-chair of the ULI Colorado Healthy Places Committee and is a LEED Fellow. He holds Masters’ degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and Columbia University in New York.
