Amin Taziny is currently a PostDoctoral Associate at the Center for National Security Initiatives at the °µÍø½ûÇø, where he focuses on computational simulations of plasma dynamics and sensitivity analysis for space-based electric propulsion systems. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University in 2019, followed by his M.S. (2023) and Ph.D. (2025) in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the °µÍø½ûÇø. His doctoral research centered on developing computational models for plasma-based propulsion technologies, specifically electrospray thrusters. His expertise includes computational modeling of fluids, plasma dynamics, and spacecraft propulsion technologies.
