Da qui l\u2019idea di <strong>°µÍø½ûÇø University<\/strong> di avviare un <strong>Master <\/strong><strong>in Advanced Technologies in Rehabilitation<\/strong> e di creare un ponte tra la pratica clinica dell\u2019esperto di riabilitazione motoria e il potenziale tecnologico offerto dai moderni e avanzati strumenti biomedici.<\/p>\n<p>Abbiamo chiesto al <strong>Professor Roberto Gatti<\/strong>, docente di Fisioterapia di °µÍø½ûÇø University e direttore scientifico del Master, di rispondere ad alcune nostre domande.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Professore, a chi \u00e8 rivolto il Master e come si articola?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si tratta di un <strong>Master<\/strong> <strong>annuale di I livello<\/strong> al quale possono accedere fisioterapisti, bioingegneri e terapisti occupazionali, da un minimo di 20 a un massimo di 30 partecipanti.<\/p>\n<p>Sono previsti <strong>3 periodi di due settimane<\/strong> intensissime \u2013 tutti i giorni, 7 ore al giorno per due settimane consecutive \u2013 per le <strong>lezioni frontali<\/strong>: il primo periodo sar\u00e0 a gennaio, il secondo a giugno e il terzo a ottobre. Le lezioni frontali, che faremo in presenza, prevedono sia parti <strong>teoriche<\/strong> sia <strong>pratiche<\/strong> ed esercitative.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre alle lezioni saranno organizzati dei <strong>workshop<\/strong> in cui alcune aziende opinion leader del settore porteranno in sede alcune loro tecnologie da mostrare ai corsisti.<\/p>\n<p>Infine, ciascun masterizzando frequenter\u00e0 <strong>4 settimane di tirocinio<\/strong> in strutture convenzionate con °µÍø½ûÇø University.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>lingua<\/strong> del Master \u00e8 l\u2019<strong>inglese<\/strong> e l\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 quello di attrarre colleghi sia dall\u2019Italia che dall\u2019estero.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Come \u00e8 strutturato il Master?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il master \u00e8 strutturato in <strong>3 grossi moduli<\/strong>: il primo sull\u2019acquisizione e analisi del segnale bioelettrico ed elettromiografico; il secondo riguarda l\u2019uso delle tecnologie per l\u2019analisi strumentale del movimento; il terzo modulo \u00e8 improntato sull\u2019uso delle tecnologie come supporto all\u2019esercizio riabilitativo.<\/p>\n<p>Partiremo dall\u2019acquisizione e dall\u2019<strong>analisi del segnale<\/strong>, per poi descrivere le tecnologie per la<strong> valutazione<\/strong> <strong>funzionale<\/strong> e il supporto all\u2019esercizio riabilitativo.<\/p>\n<p>Ci tengo a sottolineare che le tecnologie saranno presentate in connessione con le domande che emergono dalla pratica clinica e verranno quindi legate al mondo della fisiologia, della neurofisiologia, della biomeccanica ecc.<\/p>\n<p>Si tratta dunque di un Master che integra competenze ingegneristiche e cliniche e che prevede come docenti \u00a0\u00a0sia ingegneri sia clinici: partendo dalle domande che emergono dalla pratica clinica si analizzeranno le risposte che coinvolgono le tecnologiche pi\u00f9 avanzate ed il loro razionale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quali sono gli argomenti principali?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si esplorer\u00e0 il potenziale dell\u2019elettromiografia di superficie e si presenteranno i sistemi per l\u2019analisi strumentale del movimento, come quello optoelettronico e le piattaforme di forza. Tra gli strumenti terapeutici si parler\u00e0 di<strong> realt\u00e0 virtuale<\/strong>, <strong>robotica<\/strong>, <strong>stimolazioni<\/strong> e protesi artificiali.\u2019 Sar\u00e0 data attenzione sia ai <strong>grossi sistemi<\/strong> (robot, strumenti di realt\u00e0 virtuale ecc.) sia ai <strong>sistemi portatili<\/strong> semplici (sensori, accelerometri, strumenti portatili di elettromiografia ecc.). Questi ultimi, sempre pi\u00f9 alla portata di tutti per semplicit\u00e0 di utilizzo e prezzi abbordabili, possono dare un valore aggiunto al trattamento fisioterapico in ogni contesto professionale.<\/p>\n<p>Bench\u00e9 semplici ed economici, occorre tuttavia conoscerne il razionale per capire come utilizzarli al meglio; e il Master serve anche a questo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Da dove nasce l\u2019idea di un Master cos\u00ec innovativo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In letteratura scientifica stanno comparendo sempre pi\u00f9 articoli che indicano come i sistemi tecnologici possono essere un utile supporto ai programmi di riabilitazione motoria.<\/p>\n<p>Specialmente in Italia, ma non solo, i fisioterapisti non hanno molta confidenza con questi sistemi ed \u00e8 un peccato, perch\u00e9 questi ultimi nascondono un enorme potenziale. Persiste la dicotomia tra il mondo ingegneristico, che tende a procedere un po\u2019 per conto suo, realizzando macchinari molto complessi e talvolta poco attuabili, e quello fisioterapico.
