AiM pay codes for weekend shift differential

Classified staff who are eligible for shift differentials are eligible for a weekend shift differential. Weekend shift differential of 20% shall be paid for all hours worked when more than half of the scheduled shift hours fall between 4:00 pm Friday through 6:00 am Monday. Pay codes have been set up in AiM for the weekend shift differential.

  • Weekend Shift Pay – Salaried Staff will use the new pay code 3HW
  • Weekend Shift Pay – Temporary Hourly will use the new pay code 3SW
  • Comp Time Weekend Shift Pay Call Back - CTCBW
  • Comp Time Weekend Shift Pay Carry Over - CTCOW
  • Comp Time Weekend Shift Pay Planned OT - CTPOW
  • Overtime Weekend Shift Pay Call Back - OTCBW
  • Overtime Weekend Shift Pay Carry Over - OTCOW
  • Overtime Weekend Shift Pay Planned OT - OTPOW

2026 Payroll Deadlines/Uploads

The updated cutoffs for bi-weekly and monthly payroll are below. Payroll will be pulled from AiM on the days/times listed below. Bi-weekly (BW) payroll time should be entered and approved by the supervisor for the corresponding bi-weekly pay periods and will be paid on the following Friday.

JANUARY 2026

  • Bi-weekly (Earning Dates 12/21/25 – 1/3/26) January 7th, Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.
  • Monthly (Earning Dates 12/1/25 – 12/31/25) January 15th, Thursday at 12:00 p.m.
  • Bi-weekly (Earning Dates 1/4 – 1/17/26) January 21st, Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.

FEBRUARY 2026

  • Bi-weekly (Earning Dates 1/18 - 1/31/26) February 4th, Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.
  • Monthly (Earning Dates 1/1 - 1/31/25) February 13th, Friday at 12:00 p.m.
