Lucia Harrop (she/her), co-presenter for the talk “Developing a guide to raise awareness about neurodiversity in the workplace.”��

Lucia graduated from CU Boulder with a BFA in painting, and has worked for CU Boulder since 2002 in administrative support for the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES) at the ��������. Lucia helped develop the guide to raise awareness about neurodiversity����in the workplace with a team of researchers and administrators from CIRES.

When she is not at work she is an avid gardener, painter, chicken keeper and mom to three cats and two humans.
